Two trainer course face-to-face sessions with the newly released modules Exclusion and End of Protection were held in Paris from the 6-10 of June.
The Mid Term Conference for the final phase of the European Asylum Curriculum (EAC) Project began on Thursday the 17th of March. Experts and teams from each of the EAC modules gathered together for the penultimate conference of Phase III.3 of the project.
The EAC-team is glad to inform that Slovakia’s first national training was completed on the 17 of April. The course concerned was Country of Origin Information (COI) and a total of twelve persons from both NGOs, legal aid service and the local migrations office participated in the face-to-face session. Thus, they have now got a better understanding of the importance of COI in the Asylum Process.
We have recently further developed the evaluation process and material, with the purpose of adjusting and improving EAC training. We believe it is of great importance for future use and development of the training to gather, analyse and embrace the feedback given by the participants. Several steps have already been taken to enhance EAC training where participants’ ideas and thoughts have been taken into account. Continue reading to find out which!

EAC is now making entry in Europe which means a fantastic opportunity to increase the quality of the entire European asylum process. The response is consistently positive and there is clearly a growing interest in using the educational project.
