The General EAC Training Manual gives a general introduction to EAC and explains your role as a trainer. It also explains step by step all the important features of the platform. You can for example see how to set deadlines and how to give feedback to your students. The manual is available on the e-learning platform.

  • Login to the e-learning platform
  • Click on the "Trainings" tab

13. Why isn’t the test result visible to the learners via the ‘Tests’ tool?

If the trainer makes the ‘Tests’ tool visible there will be consequences.

  • The test result is not shown in the ‘Tests’ tool after a learner has taken a test via ‘Courses’ (as they usually will do).
  • The learner feels therefore compelled to take the test a second time (via the ‘Tests’ tool) and the outcome is still unclear. It says “There is no result yet” when they click ‘Result and feedback’ and it's not possible for the learners to see their answers and your comments.

Therefore we advise our trainers to hide the ‘Tests’ tool.

14. I wish to evaluate my national course. How do I proceed?

You can use the readymade online evaluation available on the platform. Read more on how to use it in the general trainer’s manual (available on the platform under D0. For EAC trainers - general information and documents ). You can also use your own evaluation. However if you wish to make the evaluation results available to EAC-TIU in order to become an authorised EAC trainer, an evaluation summary has to be translated into English.

  • Login to the e-learning platform
  • Click on the "Trainings" tab
  • Click on "D0. For EAC trainers - general information and documents".

15. I am invited to a follow up evaluation of my EAC trainer course. What is this?
