The EAC project is organised under the auspices of the General Directors’ Immigration Services Conference (GDISC), an organisation that represents the 33 General Directors of the European immigration services with the main aim of enhancing and enabling practical cooperation between authorities in the field of migration and asylum.
The European Asylum Curriculum focuses on the creation of a training system that will facilitate training in the Member States. The system is based on the existing EU legislation and the underlying international norms. It will educate the targeted officers in the EU Acquis on asylum as well as on best practices of different national approaches. Furthermore it reflects the developments of international law.Helpdesk:
