The EAC program is organised under the auspices of the General Directors’ Immigration Services Conference (GDISC), an organisation that represents the 33 General Directors of the European immigration services with the main aim of enhancing and enabling practical cooperation between authorities in the field of migration and asylum.

The other part of the Methods team is the CTE (Centre des Technologies au service de l’Enseignement) from the Université Libre de Bruxelles who have supported the project with expertise in e-learning and other technical questions.

Furthermore the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the European Council on Refugees and Exiles (ECRE) and the International Association for Refugee Law Judges (IARLJ) as well as the European Commission have been regularly invited to participate in the creation of the learning system through the Reference Group.
